Shipping

We offer free shipping within Sweden.

All made-to-order items start production when we have received payment from the customer and will be delivered within 6-8 weeks. Please send us an email if you have a specific date in mind and we will try our best to meet your inquiry.

Return & Exchange

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery, for the item(s) to be received back to us to be eligible for a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in unused condition, undamaged, unaltered, without scratches, and in the original packaging, including diamond certificates where applicable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that custom made jewelry are not refundable.

Engraved rings can not be returned.

We offer one free re-sizing on our made to order wedding collection (except on full eternity rings).

RETURN AND EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Contact us

Send an email with your order number and reason for the return/exchange to info@affinerfinejewelry.com. In case of an exchange, make sure to specify the details (size, gold color, stone) of the desired replacement item(s).

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

After we have received all details, we will send you a return label for you to print.

2. Prepare your parcel
   

Place the item(s) in the original box, and seal the box securely with tape. Print out the return slip we provided you with and place it on the box, over the original shipping label so the bar code can be seen clearly.

3. Drop it off
   

Once you have prepared your parcel and attached the return shipping label, you can drop it off at your closest PostNord service point.
